A set of 4 hand-dyed Shibori napkins, each uniquely patterned in variations of indigo and white. Made with 100% premium flour sack cotton and produced in small batches.

Shibori is the Japanese art of resist dyeing. Textiles are compressed by binding, wrapping, stitching & folding techniques, then dipped in an indigo vat. Each textile is similarly wrapped, yet unique due to the hand tied and hand dyed process.

To best care for your napkins, wash with like colors and remove from dryer promptly.

Approximately 18" x 18"

Crafted by Fiber + Mud, a Connecticut-based textile company run by a local farmer, textile dyer and graphic artist. The indigo and natural dye plants are all sourced directly from their family farm. All fibers used are also donated by their personal herd of alpaca. A sustainably small business through and through.
