If you would like to return your purchase, we will issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt. Once we receive your merchandise and confirm it’s in proper condition, we will issue your credit or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We’re here to help if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to email@example.com along with a photo of the item you wish to return. All returns must be pre-approved by Hunter Gatherer. Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions via e-mail. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and all return packages must be insured.
Store credit does not expire
Exchanges and credits will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping costs are non-refundable
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged in-store
We do not accept returns for final sale items, custom orders, earrings, or gift certificates
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
