Domestic Shipping:
We ship with the United States Postal Service and FedEx to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight and size of the items being ordered. Sales tax will be charged to all online orders, no matter the shipping destination. All orders are processed within 7 business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit times are an estimate only, we are shipping from the Hawaiian Islands so please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, complete with tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All orders are shipped insured, while orders overs $300 will require signature for delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at shophuntergathererhawaii@gmail.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure to save all packaging material and damaged items before filing a claim.
